Karachi - Pakistani businesses should take advantage of endless business opportunities in the Middle East by establishing their presence in Ajman Free Zone, UAE.

This was stated by Ali Hussain Fahmi, Head of Customer Service, Ajman Free Zone Authority while addressing a media briefing at Karachi Press Club here on Wednesday. By now, over 1800 Pakistani businesses are registered in Ajman Free Zone out of total 9,000 registered businesses that speak volumes about the mutually beneficial business opportunities between the two countries.

During their visit, AFZA officials aim at meeting investors from various industries, trade and service sector and showcase multiple facilities and business investment opportunities available for the Pakistan business community. The convenient set-up solutions, diverse range of licensing options along with a tax free operation are some of the core subjects to be discussed with the prospective investors. Ali Hussain Fahmi said that after UAE won bid for Expo 2020 a staggering 20 million visitors are expected to visit UAE. There would be huge infrastructure development, investment initiatives and business and employment opportunities and Pakistan is well poised to take best advantage of the economic activities in UAE and in Middle East region.

He said that with lowest lease prices Ajman Free Zone Authority is providing world class infrastructure to the investors from around the world.
