islamabad - Islamabad police have arrested 12 outlaws from various areas of the city and recovered weapons, hashish, wine as well as stolen property from their possession, a police spokesman said yesterday.

According to details, Sub-Inspector Nawab Khan from Tarnol police station along police team arrested a drug pusher, Majeed and recovered five kilogram hashish from him.

The police also arrested accused Walayat and recovered one 30-bore pistol from him. Golra police arrested Saeed, Imran Khan and Asif for having revolving light and fake number plate while a thief Shoaib was also held. Noon police arrested Ghulam Mustafa and recovered 500 gram hashish from him. Koral police arrested Arshad and recovered 500 gram hashish from him. Kohsar police arrested Imran and Liaqat in possession of 500 gram hashish. Noon police apprehended two drug pushers, Adnan Khan, Mahnaz Bibi and recovered 2400 gram hashish from their possession. Cases have been registered against the accused and further investigation is underway.
