PESHAWAR  - The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) on Friday arrested four members of a banned outfit for distributing anti-polio pamphlets among the people in the provincial metropolis.

In this regard, a spokesman of CTD said that they received information that some people are distributing anti-polio pamphlets among people at Sufaid Sang area, outskirt of the provincial metropolis.

On receiving the information officials reached to spot and arrested four members of a banned outfit and recovered large number of pamphlets from their possession.

The spokesman said that arrested men were identified as Muhammad Umrais resident of Nowshera, Magfurullah son of Gulzar Ahmad resident of Nowshera, Mir Haider son of Ajab Khan Resident of Palosai and Mohib Ullah son of Abdullah resident of Sorezai. 

He said that official shifted the arrested men to undisclosed location for further investigation.
