MIRPURKHAS - Information Technology Association (ITA) Provincial Chairman Ashfaque Bhambhro has said that IT technology is backbone of every department.

He was speaking at the divisional level meeting held here on Monday that was attended by office-bearers, workers and computer operators. He said that junior and head clerks had been upgraded but computer operators were yet deprived of upgradation of service structure.

Provincial President Subhan Mallah said that there were over 3,000 computer operators working in Sindh but regretted that they were deprived of their progress.

Divisional President Sachal Lohano said that their demands had been furnished to Sindh chief minister and then it was arrived at Sindh Finance Department but where different unnecessary objections were leveled.

He demanded the Sindh government to immediately accept their demands and give rights them as upgradation of service structure.

Muhammad Moosa, Imam Bux Jiskani, Muntazir Leghari and Abdul Kareem Sehto also spoke the meeting.
