Shahrukh Jatoi has moved Supreme Court against top court's February 1st verdict of Shahzeb murder case today.
Latif Khosa, lawyer of Jatoi, submitted petition before the court as suo moto notice hearing resumed in supreme Court.
Shahrukh Jatoi was not given chance to of transparent trail, the petition read. The plea further read that clauses of terrorism do not apply on Jatoi and his accomplices.
