Pak Judicial Commission decided to visit India from Feb 3 to 6 to review investigations conducted. According to sources, Khwaja Sultan, Riaz Akram Chaudhry, Fakhar Hayat, Raja Ihsanullah Khan and Esam bin Haris would participate in the meeting. FIA’s Special Public Prosecutor Ch Zulfiqar Ali and Chaudhry Muhammad Azhar would also join the commission. Azad Khan and Abdul Hamid have been selected from official circles. The Judicial Commission would review the progress made in Mumbai attack case up till now. Indian Interior Ministry has permitted Pakistani delegation.
