OKARA – District Coordination Officer Syed Gulzar Hussain said Eid Miladun Nabi (SAWW) will be celebrated with religious fervour and sought cooperation from the Ulema, traders and citizens to ensure peace on the occasion.
The officials concerned should perform their duties as religious obligation. He was presiding over a meeting attended by Additional Collector Zaheer Malik, DOE Abdul Ghafoor, AC Okara Raana Hameed, AC Depalpur Rana Shakeel Aslam, AC Renala Khurd Mehwish Qulbani, Maulana Iqbal Chishti, Sufi Mohammad Latif Naqashbandi, Haji Ehsanul Haq, members Peace Committee, traders, citizens, journalists and representatives of organisations.
Syed Gulzar Hussain said all hurdles on the routes of processions of Eid Miladun Nabi (SAWW) be removed and the TMA check cleanliness in the city. He further added during Eid Miladun Nabi events, high security should be provided to processions.
