ISLAMABAD - The Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST) will establish “Technology Clusters” in major cities with collaboration of provincial governments to ensure knowledge-based developments in the country.
The plan is to establish centres of excellence in Nanotechnology, Biotechnology and Fuel Cell Technology and establish a cell in MoST to promote these emerging technologies, official sources at Ministry told APP. He said: “We need to pay attention to capacity-building in science and technology as development of our Research and Development (R&D) infrastructure have become a must.”
