Bury the hatchet

We need to call a spade a spade by admitting that India is not a threat to Pakistan as rightly pronounced by President Zardari. Needless to add that our good relations with India are imperative for peace and prosperity for one fifth of humanity. Most of our problems will vanish the day India and Pakistan bury the hatchet. India and Pakistan both need each other's friendship to survive and prosper. A nuclear South Asia need not be a permanent safe house of poverty and lawlessness. -B. A.
