As per detail, one Yaqoob Hussain with the help of his son-in-law Mohammad Sharif axed his 20-year-old son M Imran to death at Mauza Bhagat here Tuesday morning. The Bhagat Police have registered a case against accused and started investigation. ad-hoc body : The general council of the Press Club met here on Tuesday to activate the institution according to its constitution. An ad-hoc body was elected through rising of hands for a period of 90-days to regularise the body and hold fresh election within the stipulated period. On the occasion, senior journalist Jasawwar Abbas Gondal administered the oath to Mohammad Zaheer Khan (President), Mian Sherj Zahid (SVP), Awarish Nadeem (vice-president), Khalid PErwaiz Sundhoo (Secretary General), Zahid Shakeel (Finance Secretary) and Javeria Sadaf (Information Secretary).
