OUR STAFF REPORTER LAHORE - Pakistans national tennis champion both in ladies and under-18 Ushna Suhail qualified for the singles and doubles quarter-finals of the Junior ITF Tournament in Amman, Jordan, it was learnt here on Tuesday. In singles, Ushna defeated Rheeya Doshi of Singapore in straight sets 6-2 and 6-2. She displayed aggressive tennis from the beginning with powerful baseline strokes admixed with net game and good serving to overcome her opponent throughout the match. Rheeya tried to fight back but in vain against Pak player who dominated till the end. Ushna will now face the winner of Simran Kaur Sethi from India vs Rebecca Smaller from Britain while in doubles, Ushnas partner will be Zhang from China.
