TEXAS  - A man has been found guilty of trespass after intruding on Taylor Swift’s Rhode Island mansion.

39-year old Daniel Cole will serve a year of probation on a trespassing charge and six months of probation on a disorderly conduct charge.

He has also been ordered to have no contact with Swift and to stay away from her house. According to police, Cole had turned up at Swift’s house twice previously, and on this occasion told security that the singer had invited him.

Swift has been forced to deal with a number of harassers over the past year. A man was arrested on July 6 after threatening the ‘I Knew You Were Trouble’ singer and bringing a ‘Taylor Swift is Satan’ sign to her show in Philadelphia. A man was also arrested for trespassing on the property in May. A Massachusetts man has been sentenced to probation after being found guilty of trespassing at singer Taylor Swift’s seaside mansion in Rhode Island.  Daniel Cole was sentenced Thursday to a year of probation on a trespassing charge and six months of probation on a disorderly conduct charge. A judge also ordered the 39-year-old Brewster, Massachusetts, man to have no contact with Swift, and to stay away from her house.
