QUETTA: Pakistan Coastal Guard on Wednesday arrested at least 79 people including three Afghan nationals who were going to Iran illegally without travel documents.

According to PCG spokesman, as many as 79 people including 3 Afghan citizens belonging to different parts of the country were traveling toward Iran via Balochistan when coastal guard personnel stopped them on Shahjahan road for checking and identification but they failed to show their legal travel documents.

The arrested people were handed over to federal investigation agency (FIA) for investigation.
