A Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight, PK-605 on Saturday morning skidded off the runway while landing at the Gilgit airport.
No injuries were reported and all 48 passengers aboard the flight are safe, reported a PIA spokesperson.
The flight arrived in Gilgit from Islamabad.
Moreover, the airline has also ordered an investigation of the incident.
