LAHORE – Plains of the country including the City remained in the grip of heat wave on Tuesday with experts predicting the prevailing conditions to persist during the next couple of days.  Nawabshah remained hottest place in the country where mercury rose as high as 45.5 degree Celsius.

On Tuesday, maximum and minimum temperature in the City was recorded 43.3 C and 29.2 C respectively. Relative humidity in the morning was recorded 36 per cent which decreased to 28 per cent in the evening.

According to the experts, seasonal low lies over North Balochistan. A trough of westerly wave is affecting Kashmir.
