ISLAMABAD - MNA Mahmood Khan Achakzai visited Afghanistan on 17-18 June 2014 as special envoy of the prime minister to seek Afghanistan’s support in eliminating terrorism. The special envoy met the Afghan President and discussed the ongoing military operation by Pakistani security forces in North Waziristan and sought cooperation of Afghan security forces to tighten border control on their side so that no militant could escape. The foreign secretary accompanied him.
