Ahsan Iqbal calls Imran Khan 'beginner' in politics

Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leader and former interior minister, Ahsan Iqbal, remarked that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan is a new to politics.

He was speaking to media persons outside the Lahore High Court, "Imran has proven that he is a novice politician. Imran hasn't even contested for local bodies' elections. He has no experience."

He said, "Imran Khan couldn't even make a decision pertaining to caretaker chief minister."

He further said that Imran and his party lacks stable policies. Because stable policies are needed if you want to run a country for five years.

He added, "We can't hand over the future of two million people in the hands of an inexperienced politician."

While commenting he said that 40 people were killed in terrorist activities on daily basis almost five years ago. He said, "PML-N strived towards establishing peace in the country."

Moreover, Ahsan Iqbal remarked, "I respect the judiciary, I have nothing against them. I am not competing against the judiciary but extremist thoughts."
