KHAIRPUR TAMEWALI - MPA Kazim Ali Pirzada refused to take the oath of Parliamentary Secretary of the Mines and Mineral Development.

According to the details, 21 members of the provincial assembly were appointed as Parliamentary Secretaries by Punjab Chief Minister Shabaz Sharif in which Kazim Ali Pirzada was allotted the department of Mineral Development, but he refused to work for this department. Kazim Ali Pirzada told TheNation that he is busy in some personal problems due, so he cannot justice with the post of Parliamentary Secretary. He further said, “I have no demands with my party about any post and will remain loyal with the party.”

SEMINAR ON DENGUE VIRUS HELD: On the directive of Punjab government, a seminar was held here Monday at the Govt High School to develop awareness among public about dengue virus. The speakers underlined the need of keeping surroundings clean to avert this virus and adopt proper precautionary measures for safety and to kill dengue mosquitoes.

Later, a walk was also taken out in this regard which marched the city streets. The officials of Education Department, Mirza Arshad and Muhammad Iqbal led the walk which was largely attended by the students, teachers and general public.
