READING: Kate Winslet has explained the inspiration behind her son’s name Bear Blaze. The actress and husband Ned Rocknroll became parents to Kate’s third child in December. She told Ellen DeGeneres that her other children, Mia, and Joe had a hand in naming Bear. ‘It was really lovely, actually, they were very much included and we settled on Bear quite early on,’ Us Weekly reported the Oscar winner saying. The Divergent actress, who was previously married to Jim Threapleton and Sam Mendes, added: ‘A friend of mine when I was younger was nicknamed Bear and I just had always really loved it.’–BTG
