Dubai- Legal difficulties have restrained Pakistani police officials in Dubai from getting custody of Lyari gang-war prime suspect Uzair Baloch, while diplomatic sources say his extradition to Pakistan may be delayed by weeks.

A team of Pakistani police officials is currently in Dubai, but sources confirmed today that the officials were yet unable to provide sufficient legal evidence to secure custody of the banned Peoples Aman Committee's (PAC) leader from authorities in UAE. The sources further said that the special police team may return to Pakistan in the next 72 hours. The legal difficulties faced by the Pakistani team may delay Uzair's handover by several weeks, they added.
