LAHORE - Three policemen, including an assistant sub-inspector, were booked for sexually assaulting a teenage boy at a private torture cell in Sherakot.

Police sources on Monday said that two of the three main accused were arrested by police while raids were underway to capture other accomplices of the alleged rapists.

The police also registered a criminal case against three policemen and four unknown men. The FIR was lodged on the complaint of father of the victim.

The complainant told the police that his son was arrested by Shera Kot police in connection with a theft case. The policemen, who were under the heavy influence of liquor, allegedly raped the boy at a private torture cell located on the Bund Road. A police officer said that the police arrested T-ASI Imran soon after registering the case. Further investigation was underway.
