Recently a shift has been observed in government policy regarding Arms Licensing and ECL. The registration of Arms licenses at NADRA has been made compulsory. Fixing age limit for acquiring an Arms license is also an appreciable step. Similarly, some of our institutions were misusing the ECL. Now it seems that with the new policy this misuse would receive a check.
