KABUL (Reuters) German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle was in Kabul Saturday for talks with President Karzai before a key international conference in Bonn on Afghanistan's future. The Bonn conference on Dec 5 will discuss Afghanistan's future beyond 2014, when NATO-led international combat troops will leave, and comes ten years after a previous landmark meeting on Afghanistan in the German city. Westerwelle and Karzai plus Afghan foreign minister Zalmai Rassoul were meeting to "discuss the outline of Afghanistan's expectations in Bonn", foreign ministry spokesman Janan Mosazai told AFP.
