ISLAMABAD: A delegation of Pakistan People Party (PPP) visited the French embassy in Islamabad on Friday and condoled with the French Ambassador on the loss of innocent lives in Paris attacks .

A Pakistan Peoples Party delegation led by former Chairman Senate Nayyar Hussain Bukhari called on French Ambassador Mrs. Martine Dorance Friday morning and delivered a condolence letter on Paris terror attacks by PPP Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari addressed to French President Francois Hollande.

The letter reads “Please accept our deepest condolences, personally on behalf of myself, and on behalf of the Pakistan Peoples Party at this very sad incident. We stand in solidarity alongside you at this very difficult time and mourn this monumental loss with you and your Nation and grieve with you and the people of France. We are committed to eradicating the evil forces causing such destruction and loss from our communities. We assure you of our commitment to work alongside you to do whatever is required to ensure the safety and security of our people and our Nations.”

The delegation was comprised of Assistant Political Secretary to Co-Chairperson and former MNA Fauzia Habib, former deputy Speaker National Assembly Faisal Karim Kundi, Coordinator Foreign Liaison Committee PPP Palvasha Khan, and In-Charge Central Secretariat Islamabad Amir Fida Piracha. NNI
