PESHAWAR - The bereaved family of two deceased brothers Rahat Ali and Sabir Ali appealed on Friday to the Chief Justice, Peshawar High Court, to help them arrest the killers and provide them with justice.

Addressing a news conference at Peshawar Press Club, one Wajid Ali, brother of the two killed persons, said that their rivals attacked their home located in the Lalazar Colony outside University Campus and gunned down his two elder brothers. He added that in the firing incident two women of his family were also critically injured. He added that his sister and sister-in-law were still lying in the LRH.

He said that he was unable to feed the children of his two killed brothers in his limited resources. He lamented that neither their MPA nor MNA bothered to contact the bereaved family.

Ali blamed that the concerned police of Tehkal police station have links with the killers Nawab, Muhammad Ali, and Ashghar residents of Gharib Abad area. He said that offenders were threatening them and those nominated witnesses in the FIR of dire consequences if they were appeared for witness statements in the court.

The aged mother of the deceased brothers demanded of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government to take notice of their grievances and help them arrest the killers. They also demanded security from the culprits and provide them justice.
