Terry Crews wept over Eddie Murphy

New York: The former American football player now has a successful career as an actor, having starred in movies including Draft Day, Terminator Salvation and The Longest Yard. But despite his achievements on the silver screen, he still has moments where he feels like a star-struck teenager. "I met Eddie Murphy and a tear started to form in my eye!" he admitted to Men's Fitness. "I was like, 'What's happening?' What's weird though is that I had that happen to me yesterday, but I was on the other end of it. I'm headed into the hardware store and this kid is like, 'Dude! You're a real person!'" The 46-year-old may have a lot of fans now, but he didn't always feel the love from people when he was younger. He tried to combat this by using his artistic flair - but it didn't always work. "When I was a kid I was an artist, doing painting and drawing. I'd sketch people," he revealed. "If I liked a girl, I'd sketch her and hand her a picture and hope she'd be like, 'I love you Terry!' But they'd just take the picture and walk away."–BGT

Terry played for teams including the San Diego Chargers and the Philadelphia Eagles during his time as a sportsman.–BGT
