Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto on Saturday criticised the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government and said that the government does not seem to have a sense of direction or a method to improve the economy.
In a statement, Bilawal said the government has no real economic policy other than hiking prices. The PPP chairman lambasted the government and claimed that they were taking the ‘biggest loan’ from IMF despite making tall claims against it.
Bilawal added that his party can also see the serious economic issues in its tenure, but did not burden the poor by increasing prices. “It is clear that the prime minister-select was brought to office without any preparation,” Bilawal said. “Imran Khan’s Naya Pakistan has become a nightmare for the poor,” the PPP chairman added.
