ISLAMABAD - Wali Chaudhry, 14, a bright student of Beacon House School System F11/4 branch, made his school and parents proud by winning bronze medal in the Ball Balancing Championship during the annual sports gala of the school. Talking to The Nation, Wali said: “My father always encourages me to participate in healthy sporting activities and due to his unconditional support, I managed to won bronze medal in my very first competitive event. I would also like to give credit to my coach Qaiser Aziz Lodhi, who helped me a lot in learning this sport in a very short span of time. I am taking keen interest in cricket and go to Hassan Memorial Club daily for net practice. Cricket is my passion and I want to represent my country and play a major role in helping them winning back all the titles. –Staff Reporter
