Nawaz Sharif to leave for London tomorrow

Islamabad: Beleaguered by the case in Pakistan, Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will leave for London on Tuesday.

In line with media reports, Federal Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique held an informal conversation with newsmen today and said that Nawaz Sharif will leave for London on Tuesday on a five-day visit to see ailing wife Kulsoom Nawaz who is undergoing treatment for lymphoma.

He said that on his visit to London, Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif will also hold meetings with his sons Hassan and Hussain Nawaz.

It is pertinent to mention here that Islamabad High Court (IHC) rejected the plea of Nawaz Sharif and family to club all three references against them currently being heard by Accountability Court on Monday.

Earlier, National Accountability Bureau (NAB) filed three corruption references against Sharif family in the light of July 28 verdict of Supreme Court of Pakistan in Panama case.
