Chinese delegation meets Bilawal

ISLAMABAD –  A Chinese delegation on Sunday held a meeting with Pakistan People’s Party chief Bilawal Bhutto Zardari here.

The delegation of international department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) included Wang Yajun, assistant minister, Zhang Xuyi, deputy director-general, Libin, director Policy Research Office, Hu Xiaodong, deputy director, Tan Wei, third secretary, Fu Weiran, third secretary, Ambassador Yao Jing and Mei Jing from the Chinese embassy.

Bilawal’s delegation included Nayyer Hussain Bukhari, senators Sherry Rehman, Farhatullah Babar, Saleem Mandviwalla and Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar.

Meanwhile, on Sunday, PPP Senator Aajiz Dhamrah said Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif could clearly see his fate in the Model Town massacre.

In a statement, Dhamrah said that it was unfortunate for the nation that the prime minister of Pakistan shelved Pakistan-Iran Gas Pipeline for “his commissions”.

The senator said that the PPP was facing accountability since the days of dictator General Ziaul Haq.
