Pemra bars channels from airing ‘Hudaibiya analysis’

The Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (Pemra) Monday barred private TV channels from airing live shows pertaining to Hudaibiya case.

In a statement, the watchdog warned local channels against airing “analysis, discussions on the merits or demerits of the case”.

The Supreme Court earlier today rejected the adjournment plea of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in Hudaibiya Paper Mills case against the Sharif family.
