PML-N moving on path of becoming a party of ‘traitors’: Haleem Adil
KARACHI – Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) Vice President and the Leader of Opposition in Sindh Assembly Haleem Adil Sheikh has said that the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) seems to be moving on path of becoming a party of traitors.
Talking to media outside the court of judicial magistrate in Malir on Saturday, he said that when seven votes of Hafiz Shiekh were rejected, it was OK, but now when seven votes of Gilani are rejected, they are terming it illegal. He said no one can purchase everything with money. Haleem Adil Sheikh said some members did not give them last day and it might be reaction of video of Nawaz Sharif.
He said from Dawn Leaks to every case, Maryam is being proved as liar, who is now trying to defame national institutes. He said previous day her lackeys were saying that if something happened to her, they would raise slogans of ‘Pakistan Na Khappey’. He said these people of speaking language of Nawaz Sharif and they are traitors. He said, however, 22 crore people of Pakistan are patriots.
The PTI leader said that we did not know that the thieves of Sindh would commit robbery in Islamabad. Imran Khan had asked for secret vote, he maintained. He said PDM is a gang of thieves. He said he had asked the police to keep ready more APC vehicles as many big VIPS of Sindh would go jail soon. Haleem Adil said the crime of Sumair Sheikh was that he left the PPP to support the PTI and false cases were lodged against him.
He lamented our 12 leaders were implicated in terrorism cases, but we have confidence on courts that will dole out justice. He said he is soldier of Imran Khan and would continue to expose the corruption of the PPP.
Haleem Adil Sheikh’s bail extended till March 24
The court on Saturday extended the bail of Haleem Adil Sheikh in a case related to a scuffle with officials during an anti-encroachment drive against illegal farmhouses in Karachi.
The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Haleem Adil Sheikh appeared before the judicial magistrate of the Malir Court in Karachi. During the hearing the court expressed annoyance over the investigation officer for failing to present a report.
The court directed the concerned authorities to present a progressive report in the next hearing.
Later, the local court extended the bail of Haleem Adil Sheikh till March 24 and adjourned the hearing.
