Women stage rally in Umerkot for job offer letters

UMERKOT – Women, who have passed the interview of the midwife, took out a rally on Sunday against the authorities for not providing them job offer letters yet. The rally was started from the Civil Hospital Umerkot, which after marching through various roads, reached the city press club, where they held a protest demonstration and chanted slogans against the authorities for not providing them job offer letters. Addressing the protest, Tasleem, Sita, Farah, Humaira, Lal Khatun and others said that, unfortunately, despite the passage of one year, they could not get job offer letters, which was a great injustice with them. The women demanded of Sindh Chief Minister (CM) Syed Murad Ali Shah, Provincial Health Minister Azra Fazal Pechuhu and other officials to help provide their overdue job offer letters, so that they could take a sigh of relief and support their families in this price hike era.
