CM seeks report on torture of minor boy

LAHORE   –   Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar Friday sought a report from the Bahawalpur regional police officer (RPO) on torture of a four-year-old boy in Ahmadpur East. He directed the officer to provide best treatment facilities to the injured and also instructed him to ensure strict action against the accused. “The accused do not deserve any leniency, and all the requirements of justice should be met in the case,” he ordered and assured to provide justice to the aggrieved family. Meanwhile, police nabbed the main accused identified as Wazir.
