Minister inspects under construction Haji Shah, Golra roads

ATTOCK   –   Punjab govt is spending millions on road sector to ensure provision of better travelling facilities and smooth flow of traffic   to minimise fatal road accidents. Punjab Minister for Social Welfare and Bait ul Mal Syed Yawar Abbas Bukhari said this during his visit to under construction Haji Shah and Golra village roads. He said that Haji Shah road,  on which hundred of vehicles run on daily basis is of utmost importance and said that this 10 km long road was being dualised at the cost of Rs 900 million and will be completed in two years. Yawar Bukhari said that Golra road which is 6.5 km long will be completed at a cost of Rs 70 million within one year. Provincial Minister Yawar Bukhari directed the concerned officers to have close supervision of both the under construction roads to ensure quality of work and timely completion of both the roads.
