University of Chakwal hosts seminar

LAHORE PR – With the collaboration of University of Chakwal (UOC) and J7 Mall Chakwal, first international seminar on potential of archaeological tourism in Chakwal has been organized in Conference Hall of UOC. Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Bilal Khan and senior Advisor J7 Group Nasim Ahmad Usmani presided the seminar, which was followed by a guided tour to archaeological sites of Chakwal. Presenters from archaeology, tourism, architecture and history departments of The University of Hazara, Leicester University UK London and Mansoora University Egypt delivered presentations. This initiative is highly appreciated in archaeological circles in Pakistan and was impeccably organized by Dr. Samia Anwar. The chief guest of the event, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Bilal Khan and Project director J7 Mall Rashid Khan praised the efforts and concluded the ceremony with the distribution of special awards.
