GovernmentDepartments have very strict rules which are always followed regarding the allocation of jobs to the individuals having medical disabilities. Somehow our corporate companies priorities relate more towards cosmetics without giving any sympathetic thought to the bigger issue of humanity. In all fairness, it is the moral responsibility of the private enterprises to allocate a fixed number of jobs to people with disabilities.
