Interior Minister Rehman Malik Thursday informed the National Assembly that he would take up the matter of kidnapping of Pakistanis by Somali pirates with Interpol and would engage international community to resolve this matter permanently. Speaking in National Assembly, he said efforts are being made for the early release of Pakistanis captured by Somali pirates but the question is that who would give the guarantee that the pirates would release them after taking the ransom. He said action is very necessary against the pirates to address this issue permanently. We need permanent solution of the problem. We will go to the authorities to get this matter resolved, he remarked.
