KARACHI - Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah on Friday said that there was no ambiguity in the medical report of nationalist leader late Bashir Khan Qureshi. The report was conducted by a team of health department.
Talking to mediamen during inauguration of development work in the City, he categorically said, “There is no ambiguity in the medical report of Bashir Qureshi’s organs.” Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ebad was also accompanied with the Chief Minister of Sindh.
When his attention drew towards the demand of JSQM to conduct the tests of Bashir Qureshi’s organs from the UK to determine the cause of his death, he replied in affirmative that government was ready to conduct tests of late Qureshi’s blood samples and organs from anywhere, proposed by his legal heirs.
Qaim also praised the personality of late Bashir Khan Qureshi, saying he had a towering personality in the politics of Sindh.
He appealed the JSQM to call off the shutter-down strike announced by the party. The strike and protests are causing financial loss to the people of Sindh, so it should consider its announcement of strike call.
