ISLAMABAD - Pakistan's  Shah Hussain Shah once won the bronze medal in the Asian Senior Judo Championships 2013 held in Bangkok, Thailand on Saturday. Talking exclusively to The Nation, Pakistan Judo Federation (PJF) secretary Masood Ahmed said: “It is a great honour for not only the federation and players but also for the entire country that this promising player is taking the flag to new heights in the world of judo.” It is pertinent to mention here that Shah Hussain is the son of Olympian boxer Hussain Shah. He has made an attempt to confirm Pakistan's presence at the 2013-Asian Senior Judo Championships by trying his luck for U-100 kg weight category title. Shah Hussain has recently got fifth position in the International Grand Prix, Qingdao, China, which was held on November 25, 2012 by defeating Lim Seung Rok of South Korea. – STAFF REPORTER
