islamabad - The Pakistan National Council of Arts (PNCA) has scheduled a special programme ‘Talk and Presentation’ to pay tribute to the creative spirit ‘Professor Anna Molka Ahmed’ on her 22nd death Anniversary on Thursday (today).

Born in 1971, Anna Molka was a popular Pakistani artist and pioneer of fine arts in the country after its independence. She has served as professor of fine arts at the University of Punjab.

The speakers will highlight the life and work of the legendary artist as well as her achievements and contribution to the field of fine arts.

In recognition of her services, Pakistan Post issued stamps to posthumously honour 10 Pakistani painters including Molka Ahmed.
