RAWALPINDI - An anti-terrorism court on Saturday distributed copies of the case among seven accused of former premier Benazir Bhuttos murder. The court later postponed the hearing of the case till August 27 to formally frame charges against the seven accused in BB assassination case. During the trial, ATC No 3 Judge Shahid Raffique also ordered the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Prosecutor Chaudhry Zulfiqar to write letters to GHQ and Defence Housing Authority as a reminder to collect the details about moveable and immoveable property of former president Musharraf. Former city police officer Syed Saud Aziz and SP Rawal Town Khurram Shehzad, during the proceeding of the case, appeared before the court whereas the other five accused namely Aitzaz Shah, Rafaqat, Hassnain Gull, Abdul Rasheed and Sher Zaman could not be presented before the court due to security reasons.
