ISLAMABAD - President Asif Ali Zardari on Tuesday directed the Ministers for Water and Power and Finance to meet with Chief Minister Balochistan to address the issue of provision of power to tube wells in the province. The President issued these directives when CM Balochistan Nawab Aslam Raisani brought to his notice that many tube wells in the Balochistan province were lying idle without power supply. The CM called on the President at Presidency. Dr Hafeez Shaikh, Federal Minister for Finance, Chairman Board of Investment (BOI) Saleem Mandviwala and Spokesperson to the President Farhatullah Babar were also present during the meeting.
