Whenever one observes the non-performance of the police department, one of the core causes which becomes evident is the absence of properly trained and efficient police staff. At present the recruiting process of the police is marred with nepotism and outside influence. Hiring is made through political pressure and even sometimes bribery is involved. This practice only assists in introducing the culture of corruption from the initiation of the careers of the police staff. It is essential that a reformation has to take place within the induction procedure of police, where it is guaranteed that it becomes completely insulated from outside and inside influence.
