SADIQABAD - Three motorcyclists were hit and killed by vehicles in separate road accidents in district Rahim Yar Khan.

In the first untoward occurrence, a speeding tractor-trolley ran over 45-year-old Ghulam Sarwar and Ghulam Nabi, 25, in village Rukanpura. They were hospitalised in critical condition but the former was pronounced dead in Sheikh Zayed Hospital. However, the other injured was also stated to be in critical condition. The second incident took place at Chowk Chaddar in Sadiqabad wherein a trailer hit and killed an 18-year-old motorcyclist. Muhammad Hussain was run over by a fast-moving trailer. Resultantly, he suffered serious injuries and died in the hospital despite immediate provision of medical treatment.

Likewise, Muhammad Amjad, another motorcyclist, was crushed to death by a tractor-trolley in Chak 105/P in Rahim Yar Khan.

The 15-year-old was on his way to get foodstuff from a nearby market on a bike and met the adverse happening. Though he was shifted to the hospital, yet he could not survive the critical wounds he suffered as a result of the accident. All the three vehicles’ drivers managed to escape.
