LAHORE - Special Assistant to Chief Minister (SACM) on Information and Punjab government’s spokesman Hasaan Khawar paid a surprise visit to Lahore Museum here on Monday.
He visited Lahore Museum as an ordinary visitor to inspect administrative affairs, facilities being provided to daily visitors and observance of Covid-19 SOPs.

He waited in a line of visitors like an ordinary visitor to buy tickets and got checked in at the walkthrough gate. The SACM visited various sections of the museum and also reviewed the sanitary arrangements. After completing the visit, Hasaan Khawar contacted the Director Lahore Museum, Ejaz Ahmad Minhas, who then welcomed SACM and gave a detailed briefing on the affairs of the museum. Hasaan Khawar was also given a thorough tour of the museum’s library and auditorium. Hasaan Khawar appreciated the management and team of the museum on quality arrangements and adherence to Covid-19 SOPs. He, however, issued directions to improve cleanliness on the museum’s premises.
The SACM also met children from different schools, visited different sections of Lahore Museum, and expressed his satisfaction over arrangements. A commemorative shield was also presented to the SACM the museum’s director on the occasion.
