The metrological office has forecasted the torrential rain and snow in upper parts of country within next two days, a private TV reported. The areas included Gilgit, Baltistan, Kashmir, Chitral, Kalam and several parts of Balochistan and NWFP provinces, met office said. According to met office, the new system of wind pressure, entered into Balochistan province on Saturday night, may cause incessant rain and snow in upper parts of country within next 36 hours, causing the mercury to come further down. This system may go stretched up to NWFP province and other upper parts in country, met office said. Also, met department has forecast cold and dry weather in most parts of country within next 24 hours.
