ISLAMABAD - Victory Club outclassed Glaxy Club by six wickets in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy match played at Sawar Shaheed Stadium on Thursday. Glaxy Club, batting first, were bundled out for 103 in 21.3 overs. Aqib Shah was the leading batsman with 29 studied with four boundaries while M Arslan added 28. Tahir Mehmood ripped through Glaxy batting grabbing four wickets for 18 runs while Alamgir Khan took three for 12 and Jawad Hameed two for 23. Victory Club achieved the required target in only 12.3 overs losing four wickets. Nadeem Abbas scored 36 hitting six fours and one six and Kamran Subhani made unbeaten 36 studied with seven fours. Shoaib was the most successful Glaxy bowler as he took 2-16. Victory Club had beaten Bajwa Club and Green Star Club in earlier matches.–Staff Reporter
