LAHORE: The University of Health Sciences (UHS) has declared the result of Final Professional BDS annual examination 2014.
A total of 462 candidates from 10 affiliated dental colleges appeared in the exam out of which 350 passed and 109 failed. Result of three candidates was put on RL list. The overall pass percentage remained 75.76 per cent.
Zoya Aslam d/o Muhammad Aslam of Lahore Medical and Dental College, Lahore got first position securing 633 out of 800 marks.
Maliha Mumtaz d/o Mumtaz Hussain of Margalla Institute of Health Sciences, Rawalpindi and Muhammad Sohail s/o Sohail Ahmad of Lahore Medical and Dental College, Lahore got second and third positions securing 630/800 and 629/800 marks respectively. The failed candidates can submit their admission forms on or before March 12. Supplementary examination will commence with effect from April 3, 2015.–Staff Reporter
