The other day a car was chased and the accused identified as Mohammad Asif, a resident of Rawalpindi, was arrested. 12 kilograms of heroin was recovered from the secret cavities of the vehicle.  The accused during interrogation confessed to have been one of the attackers who had killed the mother and sister of Joint Secretary Cabinet Division Muhammad Ayaz. In the firing incident, the assailants gunned down Ayaz Khan’s mother, Salih Bibi and Sister Bilqis Bibi and injured his other sister, Qamar Jabeen Bibi. The police force should be praised for catching these culprits who were involved in illegal acts. At the same time, higher authorities should also reward them and the media should highlight their achievements.
